Why is it every time I harvest an auto it looks like this ??

I’ve been doing autos for a long time but had stopped cause I would always get the same result red hairy buds !! So I went ahead and tried one last time and BOOM AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM WHY DOES THIS HAPPEND RED SCARY HAIRY BUDS

That’s your top cola?

No it’s not just one of the buds I mean it hasn’t finished drying yet only on its 3rd day but why is it so hairy I always get hairy buds with autos it did not look like that when I cut her down

Looks like you could have let it go longer, the calyx's are missing the full swell.

Chopping to early.

Few more weeks would help.

Cutting too soon. Don't go by the breeders times. Go by when it's done.

Ya, they needed more time to fully ripen. It's one of the most common mistakes to make, until you see what they look like when they are actually mature. I made that mistake my first grow, and almost on my second. Thanks to guys on RIU, I've learned a little something. Let em fatten up.

Inherited ruderalis genetics helps make buds larfy as well.
Genetics has alot to do with it.
They dont like stress or too much change.

Maybe your lights are too far from canopy?
I get airy buds too,but I grow for my self So I dont really care.

Go long, longer then you think..

Minimum 2 weeks longer .......Then you are now.

Had a 8-9 week strain take 11-12 weeks to finish. Let your buds tell you when they're done, not something you read.
