Is that the size mesh that produces the sweet spot for hash to bubble?
i like 90 for indicas and 75 for sativa

but i dont like bubble hash at all..
delicous flavor and texture

but last time i used 10 lbs of trim and barely got 10% and it didnt bubble only about an oz did.

but im guessing its because i beat the shit out of the trim and broke plant matter up into fragments to gt through the screens

dont mix to long!!!

why don't some people like the bubble?
because most bubble is not made properly and terpene devoid...left over water that remains will degrade the precious glands;leaving an undesirable extract.

ice wax FTW!! Allllll Day!!

bags are strain dependent, but the 73 usually pulls some dank oily goodness ime.

One must learn proper technique in order to get good ice water hash... Most comercial ice water hash does suck in comparison to what can be achieved with proper technique. Uneducated stoners are migrating toward the ease of blasting a can of lighter fluid through a tube and giving cannabis a bad rep! To the OP, heres why the 73 is important... The average fully grown trichome head is usually in the range of 73-90 microns in size, so the 73 bag will usually collect the most fully developed undamaged glands... which usually makes it the meltiest, most potent bag. Whereas the lower bags will have more underdeveloped trichomes and glands that have broken down in the process.

Whats the difference? I thought ice wax was bubble hash!?
"Ice wax" is a name coined by Matt Rize to sell his concentrate. He wanted to call it something other than "bubble hash" because BubbleMan made that name up to sell his bubble bags, and because Rize felt BM made an inferior product to his "Ice Wax" by advocating bad drying technique.
It really should just be called Ice Water Hash honestly.

I went into the ice wax sticky but did not get a simple turtorial like what i was looking for, but instead of bunch ranting about how ice wax shits on bho, i was like "woah"B
But you are extremely correct on how to make good ice water hash , all in experience..

alot easier to make something tasty with bho imo.
the texture is the hard part with bho..
