I've ordered from Herbies a few times. I 've also had conversations with him about certain things. He always provides good customer service.
One time I ordered seeds that his site said were auto, but they weren't auto so he quickly sent me a selection of my choosing.
With my last order I was to receive some free seeds as usual, but I wasn't too into the strains being offered. I just made a note on the order form and Herbie gave me seeds that fit my grow style and preference. Very cool..
I should also note that the seeds arrive promptly every time.
