If your talkign about the hemp smelling like weed , it wont. but if everyone grew hemp/weed plants, it would give off sooo much oxygen or co2 (w/e trees give off). i read somewhere that weed/hemp pplants give off more oxygen then trees!!!!!!!!!!!!!

..but then again we are in america...that would be stupid to help the world by producing THREE TIMES AS MUCH oxygen as their is..and while were at it,, lets keep cutting down the trees....(sarcasim)
its like their trying to end the world as quick as possible with all this global warming and wars.

They legalized hemp farms in N.C. for the use of rope and yarn production. No cannabis though.

Oil and cotton industry elites had hemp criminalized through political/financial domination(Lobbying). General Motors and Du Pont alone were largely responsible for the war on hemp.
Similar with marijuana legalization today, the most financially strong lobbying special interest groups like the police union, private prisons, pharmaceutical, alcohol companies and others, all lobby to keep marijuana illegal.
