Why is it that none of you people can grow anything without bud rot or powdered mildew? These idiots in the Willamette Valley should be ashamed of themselves... GARBAGE:finger:

From "the people" in the Willamette Valley, we're truly sorry for selling you moldy weed.

PS: Um, this is where you learn to grow your own, so why are you buying moldy weed from people instead of just providing for yourself. You see, that's why we all grow our own. So we don't have to worry about getting crappy weed from seedy people.

And yes, I am from the Willamette Valley. And no, my weed isn't moldy.

One more thing, I'm pretty sure most of the weed here is brought up from NoCal. The problem is that they don't dry it long enough before they move it so by the time it gets up here it's probably been sitting wet in bags for a couple days.

Shame on you NoCal!!! :-)

Learn to grow my own? I'm in the process, and by judging by anything I can find on the internet I'm in the top %1 of growers. The only good weed I have seen on the west coast is in Cali, and I've been here for 3 years. I know everyone in this whole town too, nothing is slipping past me. The best of the best here is only half good back in the North East. If you send me a picture of some bud that has a bag stuck shut I will change my attitude and apologize profusely.
 
Dude what did you do, go to the Portland Waterfront and pay 50 dollars for an "8th" of some bullshit? It probably came from BC and it was fucked up in transit. I have had many a good time in Portland, and have met many fine growers in the city, and have smoked many fine buds from the region :) After living in Portland for a few years and having good friends who just happened to be drug dealers, I found out that you just have to have the right connections.. hang out at Portland Coffee House or something and you can find a dealer who will be more reliable than this douche you hooked up with this time. Sorry your weed is moldy, but I think it shows what an amateur the "grower" really was.

Something you might want to consider, is that the climate in the portland area is very rainy and humid. You're in the middle of a fucking rain forrest so it tends to be damp...leads to mildew problems.

I've only been in portland for a few months and i get beautiful sour D, white russian, karma sutra.... weekly. in 3 months i have not seen one shitty bag. if its shitty why r u buying it???
 
50 dollar 8th? Look bro I don't buy 8ths, and I've seen at least 10,000 pounds in my lifetime and the west coast = hype. Overpriced shit that is never worth the money (unless you're in CA of course)... anyone got that picture yet> I'll bet you you're not allergic to mold anyway so trace amounts wouldnt affect you, I've been fooled quite a few times (ended up in the hospital twice.) I know all about climates, I also know how to control them. We're not talking one amatuer grower here, we're talking hundreds, maybe thousands. If you want I'll post a pic of a jar full of crystally shit... but wait, inside is tan and a little flaky??? Botrytis my friend, it covers 60-75% of the weed in the US, and I'd say probably %95 of the shit here. I'm all about the phrase "show and prove" so let see some pics.

I've spent plenty of time in Portland as well and have had some excellent green.
If you're allergic to mold ...sorry but that sounds like a you problem and not an everyone else problem.
 
And my favorite part of this whole thread is the fact that the OP doesn't even know how to grow but claims he's "in the top %1 of growers"?

My roomie is from Oregon and I have sampled some from there and I was very impressed. He has a friend that grows for patients.
 
Okay I'm very proud of you for having seen at least ten thousand pounds of marijuana in your lifetime. Good job. All I was trying to say is that 8ths at the Portland Waterfront were overpriced garbage, because homeless fucking street kids try to rip you off with their shitty bud. So maybe it sounds like you got some of that. I assure you, I wasn't trying to degrade you by implying that maybe you bought an 8th. Please don't be offended. And I really know if the west coast is all hype, as you put it. I believe that if you know the right people, you can find anything. I am staying around the bay area lately and have a medical marijuana card. I usually only smoke the best weed because it is professionally-grown and has a reasonable price. Also, I don't have to wait for some flakey idiot drug dealer who can't keep his appointments on time.

California naturally has more weed going around because the population is denser, the marijuana laws are more relaxed, and the politics are more liberal than Oregon.

my mom and her neighbor grow up there, and their shit is great. bkblunt789 is a fucking moron. he gets a few bad bags, and not only does he keep buying from the same people (taking it in the a**), but he comes on here and insults a whole region of a great growing state. you have 3 fucking posts jackhole. you probably a lil boy that gets punked by your dealer. get some rep before you bitch like this homeboy.

and...top 1%, hahahahahaha. the top 1% of growers dont disclose their shit on the net buddy, you aint seen shit if the internet is your source. the movement is much more complicated than a few people growing in their closets. get some knowledge about the industry, then get back at me.

But maybe not if we can all get along. BKBlunt, it sounds like you've had a pretty awesome life. Congratulations on that. I believe anyone who has grown before has had a crop that didn't do so well. Every One. We don't condemn entire STATES of people because of some bad pot; and we don't even know where it actually came from? It'll be alright man.. catch a flight or take a long relaxing ride to CA and get some of that cheap dank you're talking about. Roll the windows down, enjoy the fresh air and the scenery.
