Why does outdoor typically yield more?

Well the plants have more room to grow , thus bigger plants, they also have the strongest light source known to man: the sun, thus equaling bigger buds!

In general, there is no substitute for the sun's intensity and the size of the root ball can grow much larger due to available space. The larger the root system down below, the larger the plant will be.

The sun is the strongest source of light which makes them grow quickly and large but they will eventually stop growing if they out grow there pots! If planted in the ground they can grow as tall as they want

Typically yes, space, unlimited root space, long veg season, sun's intensity, etc. will typically yeild more. But give me one plant indoors grown 18/6 or 23/1, in a 200 gallon container, and a 15 foot tall ceiling, under its own 2000 watt MH/HPS, 3 month veg, and long flower, I bet you I yeild 5 times more.

Outdoors every plant gets the same light coverage/intensity, whether one plant or a 100. Your limited to a few plants getting the sweet part of your lamp indoors...

The most important factor contributing to a larger yield in outdoor production is the size if the biomass in the rhizosphere. In other words how large the root mass is. In an uncompacted soil root penetration is very prolific especially in a vigrous growing plant.

Yezzir. My friends put a seed in a big bucket with the bottom cut off sitting outside. Their plants grow big af taller than six ft and real wide. Last year they harvested over two n a half pounds each plant. Best pot i ever smoked. Whew. That's what inspired me to stop givin my money to dealers.

Ur 1000 watts only travels 36-40 inches with any intesity. Ull need more lights a lot more nor just above from the side bottom
