Why does my plant have these brown spots on the large fan leaves?

Alryt so my plants are on the 4th week of flowering...brown spots started to appear on som of the larger fan leaves..my temp is at 75, humidity at 45 percent, tds reading at 1400, and ph at 6.3..and some of my tips are turning brown and curling up?

I'd say try to bring your TDS down around 1100. 6.3 isn't ideal pH for either method of growing. Soil is around 6.5 and Hydro is around 5.8.

So get the pH right, drop down the TDS a touch, try to keep potassium and magnesium levels high, and you should be good.

You probably want to start by flushing that media.

So 1100 and 5.8..ok I'll add some water to my reservoir to drop it down..my ph will be adjusted too..thanks for the advice..n how would I flush the medium?

Some reading springs to mind.

Flushing the medium is the process of feeding your plants with 3 times their pot volume with either a low TDS solution or plain water at the correct pH to get your medium to that pH.

Have you done any reading about growing and the common things you need to know about?

Flushing is pretty basic stuff bro!

Yeah I've done mad research on cannabis cultivation..the only flushing I had heard about is the two week nute flushing and the end of the bloom cycle..never knew I had to flush the medium..or hydroton..that's wat I'm usin..so just pour it over the medium? Seems simple.. Thanks bro..

No problemo. Flushing in DWC is basically just cleaning the bucket with water to remove any precipitates that have accumulated on the sides of it. And washing the hydroton/rockwool with a good volume of water. It's super easy :).

Let us know how it goes.

I sure will..n I'm still a little confused on this flushing phase where I need to have just water in the reservoir with no nuts the last ten days b4 harvest..do i start that flushing phase after all Buds ate ripe or shortly before? And will flushing agents help me get rid of unwanted nutes out of the plant better?? I have cleared by botanicare.
