Why do people ship seeds to other places?

I mean if your seeds made it to your destination then your good? Why should you worry about mailing them to your grow sight? I meant this for people who are not growing anything at the moment when seeds are ordered.

Thats kinda like asking, hey, just as long as im not robbing any banks today I can store the stolen money from the last job in my trunk today.
Its all about being extra cautious, consider the alternative if you reside in a country like mine. Swing low sweet chariot!
