Pot size isn't the cause the prev grow was in 25 ltr pots. Ten times bigger than these bottles. The soil is cheap though.

Done research yes mag deficiency. Not over water but water ph is too acidic. Does anyone know how to fix soil ph that is very acid?

Maybe but primary is defo ph problem which is causing mag def. Will move the lamp up a few inch just to be safe

There is light bleaching in those pictures. My thoughts are that the bleaching is present because its coupled with an unbalance in your medium. A plant is more susceptible to a light burn or disease when it is deficient.
Id say that your plant isnt deficient because a lack of nutes but because of an imbalance in the soil causing a lock out of the nutrient. (Ph, too much moisture, lack of oxygen at the roots, etc)

Back it off from the light and take better pictures.
It looks to be in flower, however there are plenty of things that can cause this problem alone, here's a few
-Overwatering or bad drainage
-Lockout due to nutrient build up, this can happen VERY easily in clear/milky pots exposed to light or high ambient heat.
-Just a hungry ass plant
A 400w HID will further accelerate the problems untill corrected, back it off and be more specific about what type of soil and exactly when problems started in order.

Dolomite lime is a good buffer to add to a soil mix to keep ph in a healthy range. It is also a good source of cal/mag as well. Even with this amendment you still will have to ph out your nutrients before feeding, as with anything else minus a few nutrient lines that have heavy heavy ph buffers and claim you dont have to ph it at all. (I wouldnt touch these products with a ten foot pole.

I don't have a digital meter but its really high in acid. Its a strip that changes colour and it tests blue like 4-5 ph I think . I tested the tap water compared to tank water I think ill use the tank water from now on. I should have from the start really to save £

Yeah dolomite lime lowers the acidity of soil which means it raises ph
Dolomite has a ph of about 7.0
