Why arnt my babies growing properly. Leaves curling under!

Hey guys. Just wondering why my seedlings arnt growing quickly and curling under.last batch slowly died too. :(
Pb is around 5.5 - 5.8
Started rooting fine now the roots arent even showing through bottom of cups yet. :s

I would say either an Iron or Magnesium (Try Epsom salts from the chemist) deficiency. Possibly Calcium (are you using RO water?).
 
Aquarium water.so i guess no or little chlorine.got some epsom. Will calcium nitrate help.sulfur or potassium sulphate
