Because you are doing it wrong.

Seriously, you got to give a detail or two. We don't have ESP.

spoke in irc earlier, he is using paper towel. told him to put em somewhere warmer and to try scuffing the seeds a bit. see what haps in a couple days

Yep, they need a little heat too.

I start them in a wet PT in a flat bottem bowl in a veg box on a heat pab with lights on 5 days to germ: temp;70

try a bit warmer temp they seem to like the warmth in my experiences they germ faster when the temp is mid 70s but what ever works for ya
