Why are my plants so limp and purple?

These plants got exposed to some cold air around 55 degrees, the grow room went down to about 65 for a whole night while the light was on, and ever since then they have been droopy and limp. This has been going on for 3 days now, and before that night they were very perky looked great. Is it possible they are still recovering?

Yeah the cold probably just stunted their growth a little bit
Wait a few more days and they should be back to normal.
You aren't over or under watering are you?

I don't think this is root rot because I water these little cups every other day, (its under a 600W) and the soil on the top is crusty each time I water and there isn't much weight left in the cup before watering.
