i dont know much about soil but those are lookin kinda scrony.. id do 1 or all of these 3 things..

1.add nutes
2.add more lights, or natural sunlight
3.transplant into bigger pots

im going to transplant into 3gal...pots in a few days........im going to add nutes today and see what happens.....thanks...........should the leaves be more spreaded......

i was also told that FF happy frog already had nutes in it......so take caution when adding nutes.......so im just now adding today.....

leaf spread means nothing, its just different for diff strains, like in my roomates grow there are only two types of plant but the leaf difference is ridiculou at 3 weeks veg one has fan leaves bigger than my head and the other has a bunch of smaller leaves with 9 leaves on each the bigger only have 5 and are oddly pointy at the ends.
can u see the diff.

i would def transplant, they are probably getting a little cramped in those red cups.
go 1/2 strength on nutes and see if you can tell a difference.
as for the little dots its a bit early to tell but if they look like this.

just a little comparison for ya
see the white spots, those are where spider mites begin sucking the juices from the leaves
if so get neem oil or azatrol and use them once every 3 days
seen as how each mites eggs take 4 days to hatch. so with each round you wipe out the bastards till there are no more to lay eggs.
good luck man!! hope this helps

you got the light too close to the plant or you are giving the plant water straight out the sink... boil the water first den let it sit for a few hours in a cool room then add it to the watering pot
