Why are my leaves facked ???

Ok so i germinated two thaixskunk seeds in a jump start pellet, after it sprouted it looked like the first pic, and 7 days later (today) it looks like bugs are eating it but i cant find any ?????

im growing in my closet under a 400w hps with 18 hrs light and the soil is fox farm ocean forest and i bottom feed it with occasional top spray when dried

ps im not using any type of ferts and the lights are about 2 ft above

some one gimme an idea por favor !!

give it time , don't do anything , let it need water and it should grow past this

i had a lil mutant that kinda looked like that but i just left it and 6 weeks later its two foot high and lookin good, not as tall or bushy as it sisters but its still gaunna throw out some good weight i think. just roll with it and c where it goes.

and the second one looks dumber .. it basically sprouted 4 sets of leaves at once =(
