Ok Im new to this forum but have some basic canna knowledge and IMO when the leaf fringe stands up like yours it means the leaf is trying to dissipate moisture but is unable to. This is caused by several things so check each one and you should be about to correct this problem.
1. Toxic salt buildup, if ur using tap water could be very possible even if pH is good so check ur ppm and make sure its not too high around 500-750ppm should be fine

2. Lack of water, if ur plants are growing fast they need more water more often every third day might not be enough for fast growing plants.

3. Lastly as previously mentioned by many others is heat and wind stress (good temps in the room doesnt mean the plants cant have heat stress). Make sure the temp your taking is at the plant tops. The temps might be too hot around the plants even though its 75 in the general grow room so try placing your hand at the plant tops if its hot move the light a few inches away as for wind move the fan farther away and lower the speed or if thats not possible just go with one instead of two.

Hope this all helps. . .

admittedly I don't know much at all about ppm. I've been checking my PH, but that's it. What the best and cheapest way to check this? Also. Thanks a ton for all your help. I think my girls are going to weather the storm. They seem healthy. It's just this one thing that is really annoying me. I also just added a small humidifier I got years ago. I put it near the intake of my ventialtion system and now my humidity levels are around 45 and climbing. I've learned a lot jsut because of this one problem so thanks for all of your input and please keep it coming. I'm sure this won't be last my last freak out before I finally smoke these girls!! :)

so. just updating. I found the problem, and it is somewhat obvious. While I had really good airflow, I didn't have good air circulation above the plants (I was moving tons of air but not from and to the right places). This created some hot spots. Leaves in this area simply got too hot without enough humidity. I pointed my fan a new direction (up towards the lamp), and made a better intake hole to bring in cold air from floor level and now I m straight. healthy as hell. Just have to figure out how to prune these girls back now.

prune bottom branches, not individual leaves

when your prune bottom branches, hormones go to the top of the plant, when you prune top brances hormones go to bottom, when you prune middle parts off branches, you promote bushiness
