either too much fertilizer, too high of temps, or you may have overwatered her...Hopefully its a "her"

i transplanted them into bigger pots and used different soil.

could that be the reason?

and i watered them yesterdayy

dont worry to much about it..it looks to be healthy for the most part. But maybe try letting the soil dry a little bit longer than you normally would and see if you notice any change, overall your trying to see if its a moisture problem or not.good luck
