Looks like some sort of deficiency.

Picture one and three look like K defs. Picture 2 looks like N def + either cold temps or low Phosphorous levels. possibly caused by some sort of pH issue since it's so many things.

The yellowing in picture 2 makes me doubt it's a nutrient burn, but a second opinion has never hurt. what's the pH of your medium looking like?

your big fan leafs will turn yellow and die.
Look at the other green growth. I see leaves curled under, and dead leaf tips.
whats your PH at? How much you feeding them.
