The bottom leaves are still hard from being against the shell, i'd wager the shell only came off a day or 2 tops ago, they are usually hard and bend like that for a few days until they get much larger... Plant the seed deeper next time, its so shallow I can see the tap root standing out of the cube =P As the taproot turns into stem it will get sturdier. "Pic 1 &3" thats why they look like they are growing diagonal, you can cut a cube into a thin slice say 1/5 the size of a normal one. Then cut a little slit in your piece of cube slide it on top of your 1st cube, It will add support and cover that delicate tap root.
