I also haven’t established a room or separate tent for drying, but will be my next move if I can’t get these next couple attempts down. My plants are drying way too fast and I’m losing all the goodness.
What's your RH like? Could you put a cheap little humidifier in the space to bring it up and slow things down?

yea that is a nivce luxury, i mainly want a drying room for temp controll as i would like to try and dry in sub 60 degrees. i think drying in the cold would add even more quality, but i havn't had the chance to confirm that

Air here is incredibly dry typically, especially in winter. We are talking 10-15% at times, I give myself static shocks from stuff I touch. But I run a cheap humidifier in the tent that runs between RH 35-55% and keeps that room itself around 45% with the fans cycling.

My dehumidifier just broke. I wish I could send you some of my RH. My latest batch is drying at about 60 degrees and 70% humidity. It's going nice and slow.

Underground basement here, so temperatures aren’t an issue. 70s in room with tent, high 70s/low 80s in the tent and the other basement rooms have temps in the 60s. I will set up a fan/humidifier in one of those rooms and do that if these other attempts fail.

I’m just trying to use as lil space as possible...sig other just watches as I am taking over the house with canna related stuff...

Have you tried the card board box method? Putting drying lines in a large box will contain the RH inside to let you control it better. Then just a small vent and fan to move some air/control the RH where you want it.

I’ve tried closet, hanging in cardboard box, laying on racks, brown bags...thankfully I’m just experimenting and messing around. Now if these next plants lose terps and all that good stuff I’ll be upset.

Once these next couple are ready I’m gonna do a few in one dark room with the humidifier and fan and then the others in the closet and close the door.

If that fails there will be another tent erected.

yea i grow in both the basement and also in second floor closet. the humidity is completely differnt tho. the basement is humid all the time where as the second floor closet fluctuates with the outdoor RH more

lol yep it gets real humid here. My grow is in a basement too. I used to dry in my bedroom which was a little warmer and a little dryer. This year so far I've been drying in the basement. So temps are lower and humidity is a little higher. I've got a fan moving air around the area, and so far so good. I am watching them closely for mold or anything but they've been great so far.

i also use a closet to "control" humidity. my harvest crams in there pretty tight but not squished together. and if i keep the door closed the drying vegitation will raise the humidy to a point. i keep the door closed if its a dry winter open in humid summer for the most part.
all that said i would imaging dealing with 15% humidity like he has would be almost impossible to fix without a real humidifyer with RH controls

I envy you growers with basements. Some good info.
Forced to use a controlled room for drying here in Norcal. Huge swings in temps and humidity.

I dry in my sealed flower room after I chop. Whole plant. I'm keeping it around 65f/60h hoping for a slow 7 to 10 day dry. Pulled most huge fans.

I make a couple of kg of clarified butter out of the small buds and sugar leaf. Then turn it into slice. This one's a cherry ripe style. About an inch square does ya for 6-8 hrs of couchlock. You can see the greenish tinge in the white choc. The problem is that it tastes really nice too. Gave some to a friend for her AND her hubby on new years. She gobbled the lot and couldn't speak for 6 hrs
