Im Growing Indoors in a hydroponic system im using flourcents i know there not the best but im poor and for the begining i was using floranova growing nutrient now i switched to miracle grow all purpose because i thought it was a nitrogen problem

Looks like Magnesium (Mg) deficiency to me.

Do you ph your water?

Could be ph lockout.

Note that old leaves will always be messed up. You can only tell how the plant is doing by looking at the new growth. I can't tell in your pic but some of that looks really green and healthy and some doesn't. So maybe you fixed it already.
