Who makes/sells black and white glass pieces?

I need a better camera, new cell phone just doesnt cut it..... They both look different color-wise in person, the black is impossible to get a good shot of, and the white abstractish lines on the pipe make it look like its bent in the pictures but its straight as an arrow I promise. :) :) I took about 15 pictures and these were the best ones........ We have a black dog too, he's a bitch to get a good camera shot of too. :)

The third pipe we talked about isnt pictured, but it's in the box to you ready to go. :)

Honeycombs are on the bottom sides of it. If you'd like one with honeycombs ALL over it, Ms Kitty really likes this one, so I'd be happy to remake you another. :) :) :)
 
The one you made looks awesome, i just know she was looking for the depth of the honeycombs, more like this...



but beggars can't be choosers and you do a hell of a job mate. We have a few friends who may want some of the jars too.

If miss kitty REALLy wants that jar, i guess you could try it again. No need to feel you have to though.

Same shape as the one you made, but all honeycombs like the one in the pic I posted. No squiggly lines or anything, just crazy deep honeycombs. LOL Try to keep it with earthy reds/oranges. Looks like mostly purple in that one you just made.

There arent really any red and orange honeycombable colors, the first jar is the closest with the amber purples. The honeycombs require a lot of silver in teh color, which gives it the variance in coloring. If I used a red/orange color it would look like blobs melted in, with no translucency to the honeycombs, and a very poor effect. :( If you need me to retry, let me know, I'd rather send the PayPal back instead because I cant personally make exactly what you are asking for. This is as Earthy toned as you'll get from me. :)

Dont worry about the Espanol, Francais is my first language. :)

These colors are exactly like what I'm looking for. They look awesome with the honeycomb affect. Man that blue one you just showed me is awesome too. It's all about the depth of the combs.
 
That color is a good example of bad camera lighting. Its tan and peach not oranges and reds....... let me know what you'd like to do, ships out tomorrow. :)
 
K....I'll wait for her to get home. They ALL look bad ass though man. No doubt.

Ever try a champagne glass, or martini/margarita glass?
 
I'd LOVE to try some champagne/goblets out -- one day........Some guys make them and they are TOTALLY insane..... I'll try them before 2013 but right now I want to focus on oil rigs :)

I can try other colors for you on the shaker if you like, I just dont know of any that are the colors you are after...... Either way is cool just keep me posted. Anything you dont like I can always sell, so it isnt a matter of wasting a bunch of glass or anything like that.......
 
What colors show best with the honeycomb design? The deepest effects? She's looking for the real 3d effects like in the pics I showed of your other work.
FYI, it's not a salt shaker lol...just a jar to hold a dash of salt in.
BTW, where do I buy a cork to fit one of these jars? Any ideas?

Whichever jar you choose, I'll see if I have a cork that fits it. I've got a few dozen in assorted sizes. If I cant, they are about $0.05 each at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, anywhere really! Usually they have assortment packs as well as individual corks that way you can bring the jar in and size it right in the store.

DEEPNESS in honeycombs is all about how big your dots are that make the honeycombs. Bigger dots, bigger honeycombs. Bigger honeycombs, more depth and texture. What you see in the last jar picture I posted is probably about as deep as you can really get them for the size of the jar that it is. Any bigger and you'd only have like 3 honeycombs instead of 7 or 8...... As long as the color is a silvery striking color, they honeycomb! They all look the same in the end, just a variance of the color you use. And even if you used the same exact color on two jars, they would look different too, as how much oxygen/propane you dump into it while working dictates color to some degree. Its damn near impossible to use a striking color and have it turn out the color you intended it to be......... Sucks eh? :)
