so. I'm a DIY type of guy and just got my veg room up and going. Started some photos to test the setup. Flower tent is under construction.

ok and now the reason for this thread. Anyone grown barneys farm auto genes? I'm about to receive their critical rapido strain. Growing 3 of them in 1 square meter. Breeder claims to be able to produce 600 grams in the given space.

so does anyone with first hand knowledge of this breeder and/or strain can help a noob out. I have read alot about autos. This is what I can gather:

20/4 lights for max yield

don't transplant. Start in pot that I'm going to finish in.

2gal pots.

airy soil- this is where I don't want to mess up.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

600 grams could be from 5 plants or 10 not a real good guess honestly
3 plants in 2 gal's should pull a 1/4 lb or so after dry and all
i like barneys their sweet tooth auto is a all time favorite ,
you can just add extra perlite to your mix help it stay fluffy .
how much light you gonna be running

I have a thread in grow room design. It's a hybrid. Haha. 240w from cfl and 140w from 12v xenon HIDs. Like I said, I'm DIY type of guy. I have an hps and building a second chamber also. Trying to go with a 2 week harvest with my photo strains.

here are pics of lighting before and after I added 2 65w cfls. I know the hids work. Begged a plant for about a month before the cops came and destroyed her.

and finally weight... My thoughts were the breeder says one main cola with 7 side branches, so eight tops per plant multiple by 3 for 24 tops. That seems like alot of colas to me. My mind also thinks about screen of green but I have no idea when to train an auto.

2 different strains. Stressed them with heat also. Corrected heat problem. I started these photos to test setup in this very way.

I've grown their auto blue mammoth with excellent results.. I used 2 gallon pots but I wish I had used 3.

well. I got them and 2seeds popped in 24 hours waiting on the last one to pop now. I'm going to start a journal for my autos
