whiteflys and neem oil question

hey everyone, i have white flies really bad! im about 3 weeks into flowering (outdoor grow) and was told you cant use neem oil during budding! any suggestions? these white flies are killing me! i need help!

Soapy water in a spray bottle is a common insect repellent just make sure its really dilluted

I just used that stuff for veggys and fruits its got a type of natrual killer in it 6 bucks seems to b gettin the white flys ...rite aide
