white worms in runnoff?

i am in coco/perlite handwatering. saw these today in the runnoff on one plant.
any idea what these are? good bad?
i have not added preditatory nemitodes, which is what these look like

ya looks like a pred nematode worm but probably a closer look might be different though... dont know for sure without a good zoom...
