White Widow Auto ILGM

So in the past I have done this grow in FFOF and I hated it, over watering issues, soil being rediculously hot without adding any nutrients what so ever. None the less it got me really shit results. I have since moved to coco which on my last grow was fantastic, however it was GG#4 and with 4 plants i managed to squeeze just over 12oz total in a 4.6sqrft area, and 9g of dry ice hash. I blamed my failure before on over watering and on the seeds from ILGM however, I am doing this journal to see if I can get better results with COCO and these seeds.

5 seeds sowed on 8/11, 1 has popped so far. I can see the other 4 do have a root just a little slow to pop out of the coco. I germinated them right in the coco (no paper towel nonsense as its not needed).

Stick around for the results of this grow if you always wondered how these seeds play out. Should be interesting. Below are pics of past grows with these seeds in FFOF soil which were failures, low yield shit quality buds. Than the solo cup pic is the current germinating WW auto seeds.

Equipment & Nutes being used:
  • 2.3 x 2.3 x 5.5' tent
  • 4" fan and filter
  • HLG QB260 V2
  • COCO and perlite
  • FFOF Grow Big
  • FFOF Tiger Bloom
  • Calmag
  • PK Booster 0-15-15 (only used towards the final weeks)
Feel free to post anytime you like.

4 are doing great, but looks like the 5th aborted itself. It has a nice white root but seems to be stalled and has not shown up yet. I think it’s a dud.

Yep I was right, the 5th was a abort. the root was actually hardened over. super odd. I dropped another in some coco. I really wanted 5 beans at the same time, but oh well, one will be a week behind.

Only update:

2/4 original seedlings have stalled out and look like they are dying for no apparent reason other than shitty seeds. I Just put the remaining 3 beans in coco. I will pick the strongest 5 in the end to move forward with. So far these seeds are trash.

Ok so bad update. I don’t think these seeds are any good. The healthy of the 4 are starting to crumble lol. I lost faith in these seeds, not too sure if this journal goes much further lol. Ordered some more gg today. Once these all fail I will move on to the gg. Dam you ilgm.com

Ok so I removed two that had zero chance. These next two pretty much have zero chance as well. Hoping the last 4 can pull through. No idea what’s going on, chalking it up to crap seeds perhaps too old of seeds.

Looks like the last 4 will suffer the same fate. No idea what the fuck is going on. Never had this happen before. Oh well. Thanks following my journal LMAO. It’s over before it even really started.

I may have figured it out. Although not sure if what I did will do anything but kill them faster lol.

I tested run off of the worst one and it was pretty low, not sure on exact number as I use the drops but it was rather orange indicating 5.1-5.5. I have been putting in around 5.8-6.0. I think my coco is too old causing the ph nose dive. I make my own coco with perlite and I stupidly used what I had left from 4-5 months ago. It was sealed in a bucket but I thought it would be ok. I tested the remaining 3 seedlings and they also had a rather low ph. Flushed all 4 with calmag and unphd water (about 7.9). That brought them up to about 6ph.

We’ll see if I just drowned them or not, although I am pretty sure I did. Not that upset considering they were not going to make it very long with that low of a ph anyhow. Live and learn. I actually mixed up a fresh batch of coco last night, but I won’t be wasting it on these. If they last until wed I would be shocked.

Update: The 4 are still around, first sets of leaves are burned but the newer leaves look ok. So we will see if they continue to improve.
