White Visqueen?

I popped a little white visqueen tent around my 2x4 setup and im wondering, how reflective is the white visqueen, and is there anything i can pickup cheap that's better or should i stick with what i got?

i use foam board from cvs or walmart -- 3 bucks, pretty big sheet, easy to manipulate...
