white spots on leaves

Hi all. Some white spots appeared since some days on the lady's leaves. Any idea what this could be ?

Check under the leaves for little bugs. When you find them try get a pic and description and get back to us. Looks like spider mite but the pattern is throwing me off. If you find no bugs time to pull out the ol' deficiency chart.

Are they kind of white/silvery spots? Is the plants stressed? Kind of looks like thrip damage.

ya thrips but get the micrscope out then use spinosad to fix the problem works best

Thrips probably. I agree, get some Monterey Spinosade, works great for thrips.

Found something like a tiny white spider too.

Hit em with Mallet, dip and root drench.

i can see thrips and more so hit with spinosad man. wear a respirator and vent room, open window
