White spots on leaves but not powdery

I have white spots on some leaves but they're not powdery nor do they look like spider mites. Can someone please help me. I'm definitely a newbie trying to make the world a greener happier place. Namaste and smoke well my fellow compadres.

My guess is that it is some salt residue from a splash of water with fertiliser in it.

I'd be more worried about those yellow crusty edges on that leaf instead of what looks like something you contaminated the plant with.
