white spiders? & some type of fly?

so i got some outdoor babies and just noticed that i have lots of little white spiders and some type of flies on there or bug that flies...anyways suggestions welcomed here are some pictures

looks like mg/cal deff...get some nutes from your local hydro shop






oh wait, that is not correct...

looks to me like an ally spider....if not sure kill it.
