White Speckles On Leaves!?!

Hello, There is white Speckles on the Leaves of my Clone is this a sort of mold/fungus?

Or is this normal im not trippin the plant is healthy other than this.

Pics? I would look for bugs, particularly spider mites.

Got a pic of the underside of the leaf? I think it looks like mites.

Going off of all the opinions of it being mites I sprayed it with neem oil incesticide

Neem wont kill eggs. Spray every three days to interrupt the reproduction cycle. Don't be lax on this schedule or they'll never go away. Word to the wise.

Definitely do what fred says - when you think you have it all cleared up... keep spraying.
