Hey i just picked up a bag and their were white and black seeds! Are the white seeds males

Idk there were like 10 black seeds and like 5 white seeds

most white seeds are immature. and usually a little curled or dented, because the shell wasn't hard enough, at the time, to protect itself.
however, I have Super Silver Haze seeds that are white. I'm growing half of them atm. this is strain related. what you found are immature seeds.

as to the second part of your statement/question; yes, probably.
and the first part; seeds do not/ can not mature once away from the parent plant...kind of like a premie human baby, except there is no 'incubator'...
