white powder on the top of my soil

i have white powder,looks like some type of mold on the top of my soil and at the dranige holes.any ideas what it is and how to get rid of it would be verry helpfull.

are you sure it's not calcium build up from hard water or salt from the nutrients?

yah, sounds like an element build up. Ur not going to get a soil mold/fungus unless u've been keeping that soil constantly wet.
