white leaves

well in my veg room i noticed some of the bottom leaves are turning yellow then white. sometimes they turn back into green. mostly its just the bottom leaves. i'm just wondering how can i get the green back into them? what type of nutrients should i be adding?

Most of the time when I c that problem its lack of nitrigen. I never seen them turn real white thow.
