White hairs on seedling

Ok, so about a few days ago I planted 2 germinated bagseeds in a pot n the stem has so many little white hairs on it, it almost looks white itself. The seedling is still only about 1-2 inches, is this normal ? This is only my second grow but in my last one (3 plants) the stem was always green, and their wasn't any hairs on those stems. I can add pics

Thx, like ik their is supposed to be hair on it but it seemed like theirs to much for its age, it popped through the soil 2 days ago
