The hair on my buds are 90% white, but when i use a microscope to look at the trichomes about 40% of them are amber. So does this mean they are ready?

you sure its not reflection fron your light... take a cutting put it on a white piece of paper nd look at it

Yea its not the light, its 90% white but trichomes look like there ready to be harvested

yeah it's ready...this is a perfect example of why you can't go by the "hairs."
