i have white fuss growing on top of my cubes how do i get ride of this

This happens if you keep your medium too wet too long. Need to let it really dry out.

another culprit is still air.

The Fix is H2O2 just a little hydrogen peroxide sprayed or mixed with the food or H2O and no more Fuzz...

Would this stuff work if so how do I mix it how many ml per liter

I use one to two tsp per gal but it's not going to overdose your plant's...If You use too much it's just waste..Put it in a spray bottle and watch the Fungi disappear...Mix it in solution and it keep's root's pretty and white too.
