White Fly Infestation!!! Please help.

Im into my second week of flower and I have white flies in my tent. I also have another type of small flying insect. This insect is brown and bigger than white flies. I bought the yellow sticky traps but its not helping much. What can I do? Please help.

i had gnats. i took a small tupperware cup and cut foil so it would lay in smoothly without many wrinkles. then put a ziploc bag over it so the water(with a lil bit of dishsoap to kill em) sits inside, with the light from the box reflecting off the foil. the next day i had a ton of bugs in there floating. just rinse it out when u need to. idk if itll work for white flies but u can try

Seriously you have to kill them. Go down to your local garden supply store and get some organic insecticide and spray those little bastards to death.

I have read that just adding worm castings to the top layer of soil will keep the whiteflies from wanting to breed in the soil so they die off in couple of weeks. Anyone testing this?

Sorry but I have never heard of this but my soil contains earthworm castings so maybe thats why I dont have this problem.

I was reading this in a non marijuana grow forum looking for more home remedies. As it looks like the NPK is 1-0-0 for castings I dont think it will hurt for me to try. I am in week2 flower and using a soiless mix using maxi bloom so I dont think it will cause any burn or stress. I am going to try next weekend when I can afford a 30lb bag

I found out what the other fly I have is. They are fungus gnats. I have a white fly and fungus gnat problem. Please help. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
