Which way to plant germinated seeds

Hello kind of stupid question, but after a seed is germinated which way should i plant it. i know i should plant with the tap root down but the root comes out of the seed and makes a u turn so should i plant it so just tip is facing down which means pointy end of the seeds up.

with the see facing up!..plant the lil white tail coming out the seed down into the dirt! and water it..in a fewdays it should pop up!

planting with the root pointing up is how they get "dirt" weed!

so i should plant so the little u tap root points goes up at first but then curves back down? sorry im ripped

Tap root down in the dirt. Let all the u turning and stuff happen below the surface. Regardless of how you plant it, it will find its way to the light.

sorry for being annoying but is that link the way to do it? i know they will right themselves but i dont want to stress them at all
