Which strain/seed for this set up?

So after many years, I've decided to start a little room. The room is going to be roughly 10x10 with 8ft ceilings, for the first run I'm going to use all space for the flowering and not have a 'production' going of mothers/trims I'll just start from seed and trim.

What I want to do is a vertical grow, colosium style using hydro lines with approx 50 plants and and I want to slighly angle them all towards the lighting.

Reason I ask about seeds is this. I want a real SoG, I'll trim the 1/3 under leaves and will veg for about a month. I was considering PPP seeds, but from what I hear they grow BIG and may crowd resulting in smaller yeild. I'm looking for big yeild, but most importanly, good quality strong and tasty buds.

For this set up, which would you prefer? I haven't had the chance to smoke many of the available seeds there are. Oh I suppose its also important, I haven't grown for 10 years and have never personally done hydro before.

Sensi Star from Paradise seeds I what I would go for with that set-up. She reaches about 6' in height if allowed to and does GREAT in a Sea of Green.

I personally don't know from experience but from what I've read, people are suggesting AK47. Easy to grow, great yield, potent smoke, and last but not least.. good lookin buds.
