i would go with option B

I'd also go with b, but I would get a small cabinet or build one and throw a little cfl in there for a clone box. Then you could cut your clones from your vegging or flowering plants and keep some clones going to avoid the wait of the seeds.

i'd go with option D: as soap said buy or build a small mother/clone cab. Ive found you can get them at garage sales just any old cabinet thats like 18"deep and 2 feet wide by 2-3 feet tall. use cfls to veg a mother. then set up a perpetual grow vegging under your 400w then switching to the 6 for flower. This way you can clone (2 weeks) veg (3 weeks) flower (. once its up and running you could harvest your plants fromthe 600w room every 8 weeks allowing 6 harvest per year. I would reccomend like 12-15 plants, but take around 20 clones then pic the best after veging. If you like this hit the rep button

I' say that 12-15 plants that veg for 2-3 weeks will out yeild the mass of clones in the same area. But i've never done a comperision
