Already gave multiple chances and that was the problem. It took me over 120 days to get my refund for multiple orders that were never sent (lied about) and seized at the border. Then the 2 jackasses you have on your site (latewood and Mcguyver) tried their hardest to ridicule me, shut me up, hide my posts and move my posts around once I started showing proof of my situation and how ILGM were caught lying and trying to cheat me. I had links on other sites to the whole ordeal and they kept changing the name of the thread and deleting my posts when many others started chiming in about the same issues I had, so it wasnt just me. The stealth shipping was a joke. "Gravel" was one of them. Who the hell declares/ships gravel from the NL to the US? Back then I had not established myself on their forum so I was just the "new guy" trying to get free shit. I think anyone on here that knows me knows thats not the case and Ive ordered thousands of $$ in seeds from around the world with no issues (as can be proven in many of my posts and pictures). ILGM is the only one Ive ever really had anything bad to say about regarding my orders and I was made out to be a thief and a liar for it. If you look now, all of my posts have been deleted over on their forum. I'll stick with all the great seed banks in the US. Top notch genetics without the worry of it getting green taped at the border.
Nothing against you @ILGM Will but I have nothing good to say about ILGM -and for future customers sake, I do hope things have changed for the better over there as you mention. :peace:
I don't know Red that well but from what I do know about him I know he's a straight shooter and I know he's telling the truth about the ilgm Forum as I've seen those two moderators he mentioned do exactly what he described to more than one person.

.. but I also know that your genetics, shipping, breeding operations have nothing to do with those two "jackasses" at your forum so I'm still likely to give ilgm a second try regardless

Not that I buy a lot of seeds, but if this time goes wrong this will be my last time at ilgm.

As I told RED " Everyone is entitled to their own opinion " I am here only to help others with their grows. But I am happy that you'll give them a 2nd chance and hopefully things will go much smoother this time around.

Absolutely, I was very happy with the genetics of the strain or two I ordered, I see a lot of new genetics there now, hoping for the best!

If the OP is still following, I can say I have seen nothing but good things about GLG. While I do not have personal experience with them quite a few folks I respect around here have had great experiences with them. In fact I only mention them because they are one of the very few I have not seen extremely bad things about.

Have not read this whole thread but I have ordered from Attitude Seeds close to 10 times and I've never had a problem. Their shipping is great. Customer Service is great. They have a 10% off by using the code 420 which never seems to expire. Are they expensive? Yes. Is shipping slow? Yes. But they arrive.

My only complaint is their credit card processing company makes it tough to order...Recently I've had to call my CC company and request the fraud detection measures be lifted for 24 hours so I can get an order to process. One small tip on this: Don't try your card over and over if it gets declined. Their CC processor will allow you 3 attempts and then prevent any activity from your account for 24 hours so only try once and then contact your CC company, if you need to.

They have a HUGE selection.

I just recently ordered from ILGM and im kinda having the opposite problem.
Got to my door in less than a week, they all seem to germinate fast so far, but ive lost 3 of 6 in the first few days and had to help a 4th from its shell.

Cali Connection sucks ass. I have 5 supposed pre-98 Bubba Kush I was gifted. I have 6 strains going and those are the weakest simplest sparsest pieces of shit out there. Wispy, scrawny stems. Not just one but all 5. No problems with any others. I was told that here on RIU in Spring and failed to listen. I wouldn't run radish seeds from them
Lol appreciate the feed back I will soon find out but I’m sure I will do just fine!! All seeds just sprouted this morning kinda funny because lastnight when I was working in the room they where no where to be seen them this morning they all where poking heads out the soil. In all I’m happy at the moment

Yeah I was too until. They're in the woods now. Pulled and tossed. Only the strong survive here.
 
Be careful when dealing with ilgm,
I've had 2 experiences with them and so far both have been less than satisfactory,
My first order was eventually resolved by stacy, thanks to her I finally did get my order (months later al beit), 10+10wwa and ALL but 1 grew, that's a great 195% success rate,
Because of stacy I decided to give ilgm a second chance, I ordered 10+10 blueberry auto, this morning I get an email stating they recieved my money but NOW they're out of stock and can't fulfill my order yet and I have to wait until they get the seeds,
1, the minute I placed my order those seeds SHOULD have been held in escrow until my payment was recieved, that's called good faith business practice,
After we place our faith in them that they won't hold up an order or rip us off, yet they don't extend the same courtesy to their customers,
2, It only took 9 days for them to recieve my CASH payment, yet on my first order they told me it could take 2-3 weeks for a cash payment to be recieved, and they SHOULD have afforded me the time frame of 2-3 weeks THEY THEMSELVES put down BEFORE they gave my beans to fill any order that was placed after mine, did they?, OBVIOUSLY NOT, what do they do, they have a labor day sale on the same beans amd sell all out,
NOW they have my cash and i get an apology saying NOW ii have to wait until they're in stock again,
WHEN will that be?, next week?, next month?,
Nothing like taking a customers money for an order and then leaving them with NO product until THEY can get more of what they had when the customer placed their order,
I WAS going to order the auto mix fruit pk. From them next month, but with 2 less than desirable experiences with ilgm I highly doubt they'll ever see another order from me,
just my experiences and opinion but if your looking for fair and timely order then you MAY want to STAY AWAY from ilgm,
Because once they have your money your at their mercy, BEWARE!!!!,
now on to my next review site,

I always use the Single Seed Centre (SSC) for pick and mix. I recently made a small order but got 4 Girl Scout cookies fem. as bonus! ..and often lower prices plus got my order in 9 days! Everything I get has been fresh and cracked proper

I've also had one occasion to deal with their customer service and they could not have gone out of their way more to make it right, and at their own expense.

I'em sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience back when. But with ever growing company you have pain. And i'em sure every seed bank has it's problems with someone...never fails. But it's all part of doing business.
But if it's been that long then why not come back over and see for your self how things have changed

Havnt changed too much lol,
I've ordered twice from ilgm and BOTH times have been headaches,
First time (a year agi) i didn't get my order (stacy eventually got it straightened out),
So last month I figured since I already had my "ilgm glitch" that I would try them in good faith again, on Aug 26 I ordered the 10+10 blueberry autos,
They accepted my order and even got an email from them the NEXT DAY saying not to forget to send my payment (boy talk about impatience on getting peoples cash),
I sent the money, they got it in 10 days, Sent me an email saying that they recieved my money but that they were NOW out of the blueberry auto,
Now the first time I ordered from them they sent me an email saying that it can take 2-3 weeks to recieve customers payments (I still have the email) so ilgm didn't even allow THEIR OWN 2-3 week time period, they SOLD MY ORDER within 10 days of me ordering, THAT'S PURE BS,
yall expect customers to give payment 2-3 weeks to get there, but ilgm doesn't honor their OWN time frame when the table is turned?,
They SHOULD have honored the order, ESPECIALLY with a customer that already had a bad first experience with them,
NOT a good way to build customer confidence lmao,
I WAS going to order the mix fruit auto pack next month, not going to happen now, (nevermind the fact the mix fruit auto pk also has blueberry auto that they no longer have),
That's not improved business, 2 screwed up orders is going downhill NOT "improvement",
They have a GREAT forum, and equality GREAT genetics (the 10+10 wwa I ordered the first time had a 19- 1 germination rate), man that's a 195%success rate, CAN'T BEAT THAT, Bob knows growing, but he doesn't know squat on honoring commitment to customers orders or preventing customers from dealing with bs like I've had to do on BOTH of my orders, they should have been patient like they expect their customers to be and SHOULDN'T have sold my order out from under me,
I wonder how many others they did that to also,
Build em up, that's what your supposed to do being ne of them, but there's people out there that they've screwed one way or another and those people will get the word out on how yall really are,
I'm one of em, I got screwed not once but twice by ilgm, I'm NOT going to test the "3rd times the charm" with ilgm,
So go aheat and try to keep people feeling all warm n fuzzy inside with that "we've improved" spiel, and until I EVENTUALLY get my order taken care of I'll keep telling people the TRUTH of BOTH of my poor experiences with ilgm,
Embrace being one of their people, I'll bet your orders don't get screwed up like plain customers do,
EXTREEM CAUTION when dealing with ilgm, NOT just my opinion, it's FACT from my 2 experiences with them, and proven with saved emails if anyone wants to question it,

They broke my heart man....I'm still bummed out over that company.
Not only sending me the autos instead of photos....but I'm pretty sure my "gorilla bomb" isn't what it's suppose to be either (very indica leaning)
They used to include the original package of the seeds with order and this time they didnt. I'm just so bummed.... I loved that company.
