Which Roots faster, Rockwool Cubes or Rapid Rooters?

I am growing four mothers and was wanting to know which of these do you use because it roots the fastest? And Which have better results?

Personally I have found that the rapid rooters (you are talking about peat pellets right?) work the best. I tested side x side and the ones in peat pellets lept ahead of the rest and also transplanted better. I'm talking about the ones that have no chemicals to promote rooting and using one of the good rooting compounds too.

rockwool cubes (4x4 ince) would take about 14 days to fully root. but they are sooooo clean.

How often do you water the peat pellets if you have the clones in a humity dome. Do you just water the one time at the beginnering when you put the clones in the pellets and then just mist in the dome until they root?

Yeah you can, that is what I am going to do. I have am ebb flow system. I am just clueless on what type of medium I can use that will be goof proof and how manytimes to water a day.
