im new to growing and i was wondering when i should start to use nutes? also which nutes are good for the veg stage.. then the flowering stage

theirs many diffrant kinds but this should give you an idea.

I prefer Fox Farm Grow Big in veg/soil and it seem to blow away the old stuff I was useing (botanicare). Fox Farm in Flower with the three additives.

what n-p-k should i look for during veg? same with flower

I would go with "Sweet & Heavy". I like them because they are made from all natural ingredients not man made chemicals.
