currently got 12 babies flowering, a couple mothers, and a clone machine full of babies. right now the flowering kids are under one 1000w light in a 4x8 sunhut tent. The others are under a 600w mh. so we have come to the conclusion that that probably isnt enough light for all of our flowering plants in the tent. BUT WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
one of my partners thinks we need to get the Magnum or the Great White reflector some xxxl hood/reflector in our tent so it would spread the light better to the outside plants.
BUT we want to do a stadium style grow next time in our tent with 20 plants or so. a stadium grow does not need a hood.
we have thought maybe get two 600w hps lamps for the tent as opposed to the 1000w? it would be a little bit more electricity but not too much more. and it would work for the stadium as well.
WE ARE AFRAID TO DO 2 1000W HPS BULBS B/C WE KEEP BLOWING OUR CIRCUIT W/ THE SETUP WE HAVE NOW WHENEVER SOMEONE USED THE MICROWAVE!
so what would be our best option as far as lighting if we want to get a good harvest this time but be able to switch to a stadium grow next go around? and something thats not ridiculously expensive!
