Hard to tell 1 cause they are still young and 2 the second pic is from the side and I cant see the leafs very well. But it looks like the first plant is staiva and the secons is indica

One has fat leaves and is droopy the other has skinny leaves and is spread out? Also how much longer until you think I should flower

If I were to tell you, that your plant right now put into bud, both your plants combined will give you 4 grams max....would you still ask question?
SO: Wait...wait...wait....
the longer the veg, the larger the yield.... I mean, you want to flower that sativa for 12-16 weeks, and only get 3-4 grams? That would be a solid waste of time.....IMO....
If one is a sativa, and the other an indica, one could finish in bud at 7-8 weeks, and the other will keep going and going....

Longer veg the larger the yield. Not 100% true. I would top both of them now then in about a week top all the new tops again, wait 2 days then flip to 12/12. So this gives about 3-4 weeks of veg max, makes a bunch of main tops to grow large buds and keeps them shorter which is better for CFL and floro lighting. Keep in mind that the plants will stretch and 50% after flipping to 12/12.
Sativa plants: tall and skinny with long thin leafs, up lifting body high
Indica plants: short and bushy with large wide leafs, head high more of a lazy high
But keep in mind that most plants are hybrids and will show trates of both types.

YOu need to read some forum threads. USe some Youtube and some google. Buy the closet cultivator book by Ed Rosenthal.

More info on your set up and system is required for a better diagnoses. Your third pic is Indica dominant, the other pics are not clear enough. Your height in your flower room will dictate how long you veg for. You will produce very little if you flower right now. Go out and buy a grow bible and do some reading on-line and you will answer a lot of your own questions and not get some of the responses you have in this thread JAS

I made the grow box for both 2 feet by two feet and 5 feet high I got the book closet cultivator but I getting it from both sides. And here maybe these pics are more clear.

Because of the space you have and the lights you are using, short and bushy is what you want.
