Which do u perfer? CFL? or HPS?

So what do u guys perfer..and have you noticed a difference when you grew with the lights?

definitely an HPS over CFLs..
CFLs are just back ups or substitutions..

Well, you DID post this in the CFL forum no? I prefer CFL for MicroGrows. Anything over 200 or so watts, I might be looking at HPS depending on the floor space.

cfl specifically t5's for rooting / early veg and hps for late veg and flowering

HPS for sure.... The only time i use cfl's is if im doing clones or just barley switching the clones to veg. than i will ease on the Metal halide
