Which color LED for vegging? Purple, blue or red?

My girls are on week 3 and wondering which color is best to use at this stage. They are pink runtz. Currently, I have them set on blue for 18/6.

White, there’s a reason no one uses blurple lights anymore. If heats not an issue use both.

I gather your unit has a separate VEG & BLOOM switch? If it does, flip both switches on.

And follow Comrade Lenin's advice - step away from the blurples.

Heat is definitely not an issue. So you’re saying use red and blue?

Turn on both switches and leave them on.
