well i will say this, a LOT of songs by them have missed notes or skipped notes, dead notes, weird transitions. so only their studio albums are spot on perfect. anything outside a studio recording can really throw the uninitiated right off. even die hard fans and tape traders scour for the rare few live sets/songs with minimal errors/flubs. and personally speaking as a musician nothing crushes the vibe more than a flubbed note. i mean they can really really soar on a sonic wave just sucking you in for the ride and then jerry would flub a note and really harsh the buzz. i've only heard a handful of live soundboard recordings that were flawless. and when you're finally a deadhead studio songs just suck hard and ain't even worth listening to.so yeah racer it's just a weird thing you're into it or not.
