Where to water plant

Have 9 little seedlings about 2 inches tall with long thin stems and large leaves. Once I spray a bit of water on the leaves it seems to bend the leaves a bit so should I be watering the soil where the root comes up or just the leaves or the stem

at the soil level as to be sure you get thorough watering.

carefull, drowning is the leading cause of death for new plants.

what are the seedlings in currently?

from what I understand if you want to spay water on the leaves, do it when the lights are off. Won't stress the plant leaves from water refraction.

with seedlings that young, use a mist bottle and spray the soil just around the root zone without totally soaking the whole container. this keeps the soil moist but not
waterlogged. GL
