Where to get SOIL

Hey i was wondering what type and where is the best place to find soil i live in the us and was looking for sumthing of a brand name that is easy to find everywhere that works great i think i have shitty soil but who knows i've tried 2 grows and both didn't come out good so might be my soil well hope sumone can help me out peace
